Application Procedures

Rochester School District is a member of the Public Schools Personnel Cooperative with ESD 113. The Rochester School District requires applicants complete a Public Schools Personnel Cooperative on-line application. Interested candidates should apply through PSPC.  An on-line terminal is also available at the Personnel Cooperative located at ESD 113, 6005 Tyee Drive SW, Tumwater, WA 98512, (360) 464-6860.

To be considered an active candidate for a particular position with the Rochester School District, a candidate must meet the required qualifications as listed on the job advertisement for each position. Candidates who have a valid and completed application on file and who have expressed interest for a particular position will be considered along with other applicants who may have applied for the open position. After screening of the applications, selected candidates will be interviewed by the administrator or supervisor.

Fingerprint State Requirement: Washington State law requires that all new employees of a school district or an educational service district (ESD) with regularly unsupervised access to children be fingerprinted for a record check through the Washington State Patrol (WSP) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Payment for fingerprinting is the responsibility of the employee/applicant.
